1. Registration

By submitting the registration form, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You agree to provide updated information if any material information changes.

TIES GLOBAL may rely on the information you provide for registration, communication, and related purposes. TIES GLOBAL shall not be responsible for any consequence arising from information that is false, inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading.

2. No Guarantee of Admission or Outcome

Registration for or attendance at a TIES GLOBAL Education Expo does not guarantee admission or acceptance by any educational institution, course or programme, scholarship, visa, immigration approval, employment, internship, accommodation or any other opportunity or service.

All admission and enrolment decisions are made independently by the students and/or their parents or guardians, based on their interactions and discussions with the relevant university, college, educational institution or other service provider.

Such decisions are subject to the respective eligibility requirements, policies, procedures and final decisions of the institution concerned. Admission and enrolment decisions may also depend on the information provided, counselling received, and the extent to which participating institutions satisfy or convince students and their parents regarding the suitability of their programmes and opportunities.

3. Participating Institutions and Third Parties

TIES GLOBAL may facilitate interaction between attendees and participating universities, colleges, educational institutions, service providers and other organisations.

TIES GLOBAL does not control or guarantee the decisions, representations, requirements, fees, services or outcomes of any participating institution or third party.

Any application, admission, payment, agreement or other arrangement entered into with a participating institution or third party is solely between you and that institution or third party.

4. Information Provided

Information relating to institutions, courses, destinations, entry requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, visas, accommodation and other opportunities is provided for general guidance and may change from time to time.

While TIES GLOBAL endeavours to provide useful and reasonably current information, final and binding information should always be confirmed directly with the relevant institution, authority or service provider.

The students, parents, guardians, and all other persons participating in or attending TIES GLOBAL events are responsible for independently verifying all relevant information before making any application, payment, travel arrangement, or other commitment.

TIES GLOBAL shall not be responsible for any decision, loss, expense, or consequence arising from a participant's failure to independently verify such information.

5. Event Changes

TIES GLOBAL reserves the right to change the date, time, venue, format, programme, participating institutions, speakers or other arrangements relating to an Expo.

TIES GLOBAL may postpone, relocate, modify or cancel an event where reasonably necessary due to operational, venue, commercial, security, regulatory, health, legal or other circumstances.

TIES GLOBAL will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes through available communication channels.

TIES GLOBAL shall not be responsible for travel, accommodation, visa, transportation or other expenses incurred by attendees/participants in connection with an event that is changed, postponed, relocated or cancelled, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Communication

TIES GLOBAL may use the contact details provided during registration to communicate with you regarding:

• Your Expo registration and event arrangements;
• Participating institutions;
• Education opportunities;
• Enquiries submitted by you;
• Future TIES GLOBAL events; and
• Other relevant education-related information, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

By selecting the relevant communication/authorisation option, you agree that TIES GLOBAL may contact you by telephone, email, SMS, WhatsApp or other available communication channels using the details provided by you.

Where consent is relied upon for communications, you may withdraw your consent in accordance with applicable law.

7. Photography and Recording

Photography, video and/or audio recording may take place at TIES GLOBAL events for event documentation, promotional, marketing, publicity or corporate communication purposes.

By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs or recordings.

If you have a specific concern regarding photography or recording, please notify the TIES GLOBAL event team.

Where applicable law requires specific consent for a particular use, TIES GLOBAL will obtain such consent as required.

8. Attendee (Representative) Conduct

The representatives of the institutions are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully and to comply with reasonable instructions issued by TIES GLOBAL, venue personnel and event representatives.

TIES GLOBAL reserves the right to refuse, restrict or terminate an individual's participation where the individual:

• Provides false or misleading information;
• Engages in abusive, threatening, disruptive or unlawful conduct;
• Interferes with the operation of the event;
• Causes or threatens damage to property;
• Breaches reasonable event or venue rules; or
• Creates a safety, security or operational concern.

9. Website and Registration Misuse

You agree not to use the TIES GLOBAL website or registration facility to submit information that is false, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, unlawful or intended to interfere with the operation of the website or registration process.

TIES GLOBAL may reject or cancel registrations that it reasonably considers fraudulent, misleading, duplicated, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.

10. No Professional or Immigration Advice

Information provided by TIES GLOBAL is generally intended for educational and informational purposes and should not be treated as legal, immigration, financial or other professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise.

Visa, immigration, admission and other regulatory requirements may change. You should verify current requirements with the relevant institution, government authority, embassy, consulate or appropriately authorised professional before relying on such information.

11. Personal Information and Privacy

Information submitted through the registration or enquiry form may be collected and processed by TIES GLOBAL for purposes including event administration, responding to enquiries, communicating with you, facilitating relevant education opportunities and participating institutions, providing requested information and services, maintaining records, improving services and complying with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Where permitted by applicable law, relevant information may be shared with participating institutions, service providers or authorised representatives where reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry or facilitate an education-related opportunity or service.

TIES GLOBAL will process personal information in accordance with applicable Indian privacy and data-protection laws and its applicable Privacy Policy.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw such consent in accordance with applicable law. Withdrawal of consent may affect TIES GLOBAL's ability to provide certain communications or services where the relevant processing is necessary for that purpose.

12. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TIES GLOBAL shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, expense or inconvenience arising from:

• Decisions or actions of participating institutions or other third parties;
• Rejection of admission, scholarships, visas, employment or other opportunities;
• Changes in institutional, visa or regulatory requirements;
• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by an attendee;
• Changes, postponement, relocation or cancellation of an Expo;
• Travel or accommodation arrangements made by an attendee; or
• Circumstances beyond TIES GLOBAL's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

All TIES GLOBAL names, logos, trademarks, website content, event materials, presentations, photographs, videos, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to TIES GLOBAL or the relevant rights holder.

No registration or attendance gives you any right to reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use such materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

14. Separate Services

Registration for or attendance at an Expo does not automatically constitute an agreement for any separate education counselling, application assistance, visa assistance, recruitment, placement or other service offered by TIES GLOBAL.

Any separate service may be subject to additional terms, conditions, fees and agreements.

15. Amendments

TIES GLOBAL may update these General Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in its events, services, operational requirements or applicable law.

The version published on this page at the time of registration will generally apply to that registration, subject to any amendments required by law or reasonably necessary for security, regulatory or operational purposes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to applicable statutory rights and remedies.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at [Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India], subject to applicable law.

17. Acceptance

By submitting an Education Expo registration or enquiry, you acknowledge that:

• The information provided by you is accurate and complete;
• Expo registration does not guarantee any admission, scholarship, visa, employment or other outcome;
• Participating institutions and third parties make their own independent decisions;
• Event details may change;
• Information provided is generally for guidance and should be independently verified where appropriate;
• You agree to the applicable communication and privacy terms; and
• You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
